I bought a pair of Grafter black shoes and had to return them due to getting the wrong size. The response was speedy and resulted in me now having a pair of work shoes which fitted well enough to wear all day with no need to break in. I have worn genuine Doc Marten shoes and based on first impressions, I see no reason why the grafters shouldn't be just as good. Excellent quality at a very affordable price.
Excellent customer service and product. Despatched by Royal Mail and arrived on the day stated. Although a USB lead I ordered at the same time of the boots this was soon rectified, thank you. Highly recommend this company

One star: Went to Halfords to have my Air Con "Checked" as 2 weeks ago I went to ATS to have it regassed but now aircon was not cooling any more. The lady checked and said my pressure was low and I explained that I had it rcharged just 2 weeks ago. He lady then proceeded to recharge the aircon. I was thinking oh it is part of the checking? She said that the car was holding pressure so if there was a leak then it must be small. The can she used ran out so she went to get a new can. She then continued to recharge but saw the needle to fluctuate between green and alert. She said not normal and car compressor sounded as if it was struggling so she stopped recharging. She said I should get it looked at but aircon is cooler compared to when I took the car in. Then we went inside and that was when I found out I was being charged for the recharging, £40! Cannot believe it. The aircon was not that cold and less than a week later it was back to when I took it to Halfords!! So becareful for those that just want it "Checked" and stop them if they proceed to recharge!! Was not happy and felt I was being cheated! I ended up purchasing my own recharge kit online and followed the directions. I saw no fluctuations, which I saw on YouTube that it was due to air compressor Aircon system equilibrating. Recharged it, took a lot longer than what the lady at Halfords did and now I have a super cold A.C.! Updating rating to 3 stars: I filled out an online feedback as stated on the receipt and just got a call from Halfords saying that they will be happy to refund the charge.
A good service location, quite reliable but do sometimes leave bike building untill last minute.
